| Providers Andrew Appelbaum, M.D.  | Dr. Appelbaum was born and raised in South Africa, where in 1983, he graduated from the Medical School of the University of Stellenbosch. After moving to the United States, he completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Valley Medical Center which is affiliated with the University of Washington. Dr. Appelbaum has been practicing Family Medicine for more than 20 years in South Africa, Canada, and the United States, and holds medical licenses in both the U.S. and Canada. He is married with two children and resides in Bellevue. When he is not attending his children’s soccer games, he enjoys running and keeping fit. “My approach to Family Medicine is to treat each person’s individual needs. | Crystal Sealey, PA-C  | Crystal Sealey was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She spent 8 years on active duty as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy and has prior experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist. After completing her tour of duty she attended and graduated from the University of Washington. Crystal plans to focus her practice in the area of Family Medicine and Woman's Health. Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends. Mark Fishman, M.D.  | Dr. Fishman was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He interned at Virginia Mason Hospital and received further training at Group Health Hospital. He was the founding Medical Director of Providence Factoria and practiced there until 1995, leaving to enter his present practice. Dr. Fishman is married with two grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading science fiction, flying kites in Cannon Beach, Oregon, and fitness training. Martha Riggers, M.D.  | Dr. Riggers is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Tacoma General Hospital and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Riggers is board certified in Family Practice, and has special interests in women’s health, pediatrics (including newborns), and diabetes. A native of Western Washington, she has been in practice in the Puget Sound area since 1998. At the conclusion of her training she served as chief resident, and has also been a community instructor for residents in Family Practice in Tacoma. She practiced in the cities of Kent and Covington before joining Overlake Family Medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Riggers enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, backpacking, camping, and gourmet cooking. “I look forward to partnering with patients to help them achieve their health care goals.” Memberships: - Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice

Sean Mackie, PA-C  | Sean Mackie, PA-C was born and raised in the Seattle area. After 7 years of active duty in the US Navy, he returned home and graduated from PA school at the University of Washington. Sean has prior experience as a National Registered Paramedic, and had focused his training in the areas of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Surgery. He is a board certified Physician Assistant, and his special interests include orthopedics and metabolic syndrome. Along with practicing Family Medicine, Sean also assists in orthopedic surgery with Proliance Surgeons at Evergreen Hospital. Sean is currently in the Naval Reserves and serves as a Medical Service Corps officer for the 4th Medical Battalion. In his free time, Sean enjoys the natural outdoors of Washington along with hobbies including cooking, wrestling, and cardiovascular conditioning.
